Ruoke Holiday Village's popular programmatic evenings start again at Midsummer and continue until mid-August. Come and taste traditional beach fish or watch how salmon is blazed over an open fire.
THURSDAY ROBBERS ROAST
The robbers roast (roast meat cooked in a cooking pit), which is cooked next to the grilling hut on the beach, is served on the restaurant's terrace at approx. 19:00. Foodies are asked to register two days in advance, minimum 10 people. Price: €35 / person.

ON MONDAY SHORE FISH
Both vendace (muikku) and salmon soup are available. The soups are ready at 18:00, after which the evening continues with dancing on the restaurant's terrace (dances in July).
Price: €15.00 / person.
BINGO ON TUESDAY
On Tuesday, bingo on the terrace at 17:00

WEDNESDAY BLAZED SALMON
The blazing starts at the grilling hut on the beach at 17:00. Advance reservations at the reception by 12 noon on Wednesday.
Price: €42/kg
FRIDAY SMOKED FISH
Orders for smoked vendace and salmon can be made at the reception. The canned fish of Laukkanen Kala, which operates next to the holiday village, can also be bought at the reception to take home.
Price: Smoked salmon €36.50 / kg, smoked vendace €18.00 / kg.
