Restaurant Talli offers a buffet lunch on weekdays. Talli restaurant also serves menus for private events and meeting clients. Pure domestic ingredients as well as organic and local products can be tasted in Talli´s food services according to the season. Lake fish for the menus is procured from nearby lakes e.g. through Järvi-Suomen Kalatuote and Kerimäen kalafile. The local bread is made from the barley groats of the Rapio mill for both lunches and private events. Restaurant Talli is a Nordic Swan Ecolabel restaurant. The whole operation of Talli is environmental friendly and a separate vegetarian portion is offered every day. Restaurant Talli is on step 4 in the steps to organic program and uses more than 20 organic products daily.
