Forest Café Treasures of Saimaa Forests menu

The treasures of the Saimaa forests is a new kind of theme week, highlighting the magnificent forests of eastern Finland, their delicious treasures and wild experiences.

During the theme week, Forest Café in Rantasalmi will offer savory and sweet delicacies inspired by the forest, as well as forest drinks from partners:

Forest Café´s Saimaa forests treasures €10 tasting portions:

• Waffle topped with by Maitola berry ice cream , spruce sprout suryp and whipped cream
• Spruce sprout waffle, Forest Café´s blueberry jam and whipped cream

Also:

• Forest mushroom pie with Saimi Hoyer's recipe 5e
• Flat break pizza with elk filling 7€

Drinkss:

• Rahula Ranch spruce drinks 5€
• Karvila brewery's Wild Spruce lager and Wild juniper NEPA 6.5€
