The smells wafting from the kitchen of our cozy old wooden house are guaranteed to make your tongue water. The quality and high standard of our food are matters of honor to us, so you can be sure that the landscape of flavors that opens up in front of you is always made from fresh ingredients and with solid professionalism.
We use food produced nearby as much as possible and, for example, all fish comes to us fresh from local fishermen.
In our cooking, we also use the products of our own brewery, i.e. Karvilan Panimo, and in addition to the traditional wine package, we also offer a "beer package", where we combine beers suitable for the dishes throughout the menu.
Our restaurant seats 60 customers inside, and the terrace, which offers the best views of the city, can accommodate even a larger group.

As it says on the website of the Opera Festival, Bedřich Smetana's "The Bartered Bride is a piece of Czech DNA". Beer is also a big part of the Czech DNA. There is a wide selection of beer at Restaurant Linnakrouvi. Pike and vendace come from nearby lakes. The menu is light as Bedrich Smetana's opera; fish from Saimaa, seasoned with our own Karvila Brewery beer.
