Ruokolahti has become known for the women (Eukko) in traditional Ruokolahti costumes sitting by the church - the painting from 1897 by Albert Edelfelt. The trail about 3 kms runs along the ancient trodden paths. Along the trail you will see landscapes formed by the Ice Age. The trail is marked with 19 signposts in English and in Finnish. The starting point of the trail is at the yard of the Ruokolahti House.
